I had a very good mat Pilates class with Cheree. I was a drop-in for the class. It was very easy to register online. Upon arrival, Cheree was very friendly and explained how to get setup. During the class she explained what to do very well. The workout was as complex as you want it to be and suitable for beginners through advanced. She offered ways to adapt each thing we did to what suits you best. She offers a variety of different types of Pilates classes and also running therapy. I was impressed by her thorough knowledge and also warm personality. I will definitely come back again!!

She's a true expert in anatomy, physical therapy, Pilates, other exercises/ physical activity/ sports, conditioning, breathing, healing, and more.
