He was able to diagnose the problem in less than an hour and make a fix with minimal damage to our drywall. In the second case, we actually had a different plumber come out to our house to investigate our kitchen faucet that stopped working. The first plumber incorrectly identified the issue, made me buy a brand new faucet and then went MIA when I reached back out to have him install the faucet. I called up Brad and he was able to help me within a few days. Before installing the new faucet he did his own diagnosis and found that the problem was due to a small piece of our faucet that had dislodged itself and was blocking the water from flowing. He removed the piece and I was able to return the new faucet - he saved me several hundred dollars. Would highly recommend Brad and will be hiring him again!“
