“My husky-akita long-haired dog looks great and sap-free after her grooming session with Carl! Carl had a great manner with her and it was easy to coordinate timing as Carl gave us an approximate time she would be ready- and then a 20 minute heads up on her exact timing. I drive from Tahoe city to the Truckee Mountain Peak so this coordination really helps me. I prefer to use credit card but their credit card system was down so I had to pay using Venmo (they had some other e-pay options available) but this was just a slight inconvenience. Overall, a very good experience and I will groom my dog here again.“
