I don’t normally take the time to write reviews (although I do appreciate them) but in this case I was contacted by him and he talked me over the phone a problem I was having and saved me a visit. I do appreciate his prompt call back and professionalism. Thanks again.

Don Leslie was terrific in helping us replace our heating system. We are not local, so communication was important. He could not have been more responsive with information and recommendations as we made decisions on a new, upgraded system. One upgrade he suggested was the Ecobee thermostat, so that we could monitor and adjust the settings remotely. This has proven to be extremely valuable - saving us money, and giving us peace of mind. We've had the new system for two years. During that time we've had to call Don regarding some repairs, after we had critters get into the system. Even when he was too booked to come out on an emergency basis, he called to give us recommendations for other resources during this exceptionally busy time. We were able to get the job done, and avoid having to cancel a 7 day reservation for our home.
