My husky-akita long-haired dog looks great and sap-free after her grooming session with Carl! Carl had a great manner with her and it was easy to coordinate timing as Carl gave us an approximate time she would be ready- and then a 20 minute heads up on her exact timing. I drive from Tahoe city to the Truckee Mountain Peak so this coordination really helps me. I prefer to use credit card but their credit card system was down so I had to pay using Venmo (they had some other e-pay options available) but this was just a slight inconvenience. Overall, a very good experience and I will groom my dog here again.

Great service, they got me in the same day, Sunday, for a nail trim. The lady that we see always handles my fur baby with expertise and empathy. My pup is always a little anxious before hand and has a current knee injury so she was really gentle. I highly recommend! Update: Another great visit! We arrived early but they took us immediately. The groomer also took the time to put anxious husky in the back so she wouldn't stress out my pup. I recommend this establishment 100%!

I have a super curly bernedoodle that I don't have time to brush and her hair gets so tangled. I brought her in for a bath and they did an amazing job. She is so soft and definitely way more comfortable ?
