From Embodiment Massage
With a bodywork foundation in Lomi Lomi, I also use remedial therapies such as Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Touching Bone Energy, PNF, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, Cupping, Hot Stone, InfraRed and Blue Light Applications. I also have foundational training in NATouch and when necessary I use vibrational therapies such as Reiki (Master Level 3), The Liquid Crystals (Advanced Practitioner), and other exercises I have gathered wisdom from in my own personal experiences and initiations, shamanic and otherwise. I connect physical body ailments into what is being stored emotionally so that trauma can be released on a cellular level, supporting the creation of new, healthy neural pathways in the brain and body connection.

I had the most outstanding experience as Gaia worked on my body stiff from continuous ski coaching and instructing over the long holiday period (as well as impaired from recent knee surgery and several other former procedures). I left feeling years younger, pain free, and experiencing freedom of movement and flexibility not enjoyed for a while. I felt as refreshed as if I had a long relaxing holiday.
