I went to Elemental Back & Body when I had the worst lower back spasm pain of my life. They understood the urgency of my pain and fit me in quite quickly. They were very effective at easing the pain of the spasm while encouraging my back to heal, so I saw results in only a handful of visits. It seems like they truly work with the needs of the patient in applying integrative approaches such as an adjustment suitable for my pain level, cupping and exercises to help ease pain and strengthen my core. I hope that I don't experience such a painful spasm any time soon, but if I do, Elemental Back and Body will be my first call.
