Michael is terrific - he has been available when we had issues and always repaired the problem quickly and then explained the source of the problem in clear detail. I highly recommend Michael and dependable heating. As other reviews have noted "he is a stickler for the details" and is truly "dependable".

Our heater died in the middle of winter. I called 4 heating contractors and Mike at Dependable came over at the end of his day and rapidly diagnosed the issue. He was able to get the part and repair the issue quickly and efficiently that same evening. Super responsive, Truckee local contractor. He educated me on the ideal scenario for repair and where I was in the lifespan of our furnace. He also gave me many tips on how to use the furnace more efficiently and reduce stressors to make it last longer. All of this from a dirt bike rider! Highly recommend Mike and Dependable Heating. He replaced our furnace this fall and the new furnace is working out great. He is an absolute stickler for the details. Mike also went above and beyond explaining the project and keeping us informed and in the loop on progress of the work.
