I very rarely write a bad review but Daniel Fraiman Construction requires me to do so. I bought my townhouse in June of 2021. Throughout the construction process his team was very uncommunicative. They rarely updated me on the progress of completion. I ended up having to couch surf for a month, with my dog, before I finally was given the notice of completion to move in. Since then I've had a couple of things, punch list type items, that needed to be fixed. He rarely responds to emails. I've had to email him or his team many times to get a response. He didn't take responsibility for some of the items that needed to be fixed.The fireplace logs were improperly installed...read full review

I met and worked with Dan several years ago and am thrilled to be working with him again. He is passionate and professional and a pleasure to work with. He has SUCH a creative vision.
