My house is a 2-story, all wood house . The previous paint contractor had placed layer upon layer of the original stain. The house became darker and darker which was not what I liked. I spoke to Terry Peters about the issue and he explained that the house should be pressure washed and have a stain remover applied before staining and I had Terry and crew do that. The dark stain was hard to remove from the knots in the wood but the rest of the house showed through to basically raw wood. The staining mixed by Terry went on great and left my house with a color and texture that I really liked! My friend had great things to say about Chase, so I called them for an estimate. They did a great job on the prep, the clean up, and of course, the paint job. I have had several compliments on the job they did. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The team did a phenomenal job on what was a very difficult project. We needed to go darker than the previous stain which required a lot of prep, Terry and the crew did a great job. We have used them 4 times on our place over the years and could not recommend them more highly!
