Booking the appointment was easy but when it came time for the appointment, and no one showed, I called to find out their one van and one technician were out of service, so we were out of luck, no carpets cleaned.

I decided to try a new carpet cleaner and decided to use All Star based on the good reviews. The staff was courteous and helpful. The technician arrived right on time and called 15 minutes ahead to say he was on the way. He was efficient, the price was very good, and the carpet looks like new. It's 12 years old but he said with good care I might get 10 more years out of it. That is happy news! I will use All Star again.

All Star Carpet Care does an outstanding job. I'm 58 years old and have been paying to have my carpets cleaned for many moons and no one has ever done as professional a job as Ryan did for our rental cabin on Lake Tahoe. Most of the time my carpets are cleaned with a truck-mounted steam extractor...which Ryan uses. However, he has another device he uses first that is part of a two-step cleaning process. Even before the steam extractor, he has a rotary steam extractor that shampoos, rinses and thoroughly cleans the carpet.
