Very pleased. Had 5 Milgard windows and a sliding door replaced recently. The end product looks great. They showed up as planned, completed their work and left the job site clean. And, then I received a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the new windows and the job. Glad to know that consumer service can still be found. I'm thankful for the entire team at Craftsman - Amy, Dave, Ryan and Brandon.

Super detailed and high quality work. The supervisor Brian has extensive experience in 5 star hotels and you can see the results. This dream team gets to all those details (inside of oven glass, top of pendant lights, underside of grates on the stove) you just don't really think about cleaning yourself. Very knowledgeable about cleaning high end fixtures and appliances safely. Even after a year, the attention to detail is still there (sometimes people get used to your house and like you, stop noticing certain things). I love the emphasis on gentle care for the home. They're even coming out with their own line of plastic-free sponges in a soft, non-scratching material. The team is super respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and removing the trash to outside (shoes-off household). I literally can't think of a single improvement to suggest.
I like this company. The first time I called Easy Rooter Plumbing was in 2015 and it was after 2 other plumbing companies did not fix my problem. This time I had help within an hour even though it wasn't precisely an emergency and the cost was very reasonable. Competent and experienced plumbers have come each time I called, this time it was Mikey Gilbert. I rarely do reviews, but Easy Rooter (and Mikey) deserve it. Service, Quality. Value.

My son needed a lot of dental work done, but I'm so thankful Dr. G and his crew treated my son and I with respect, listened, answered questions, and was able to accomplish everything to support my son's dental health! My husband and I also appreciate that they offer an insurance plan. I couldn't recommend this place more! We don't mind driving from Sparks, NV to come here. ??

I had a great experience with Truckee Tile, specifically with Todd. Years ago, he did a small tile job for me at a cabin in Tahoe Donner. I contacted several tile companies, explaining upfront that it was a very small project. Most weren't interested, but Todd was willing to fit it in between larger jobs, which I really appreciated. He was incredibly responsive, communication was easy, and the quality of his work was excellent. As an architect and builder, I'm always on the lookout for reliable and skilled tradespeople, and Todd is definitely a great option for any size job.
Gabe runs an incredible practice. He uses his extensive knowledge to create a personalized plan for pain, recovery, strengthening, and injury prevention. He genuinely cares about your wellbeing and it shows. There is never a “what did we work on last time?” moment - he’s always remembered my history and kept track of my progress. In other practices, I’ve been passed from therapist to therapist, but Gabe is truly 1:1 (he administers all the laser therapy himself as well). He also filmed me performing exercises so I could review the footage and message him questions later to make sure I was on top of my recovery. Gabe is a standout practitioner!

I'm in love with my hair cut and the service was awesome. I had been having trouble finding a stylist who was proficient with short pixies/ mens cuts (and I didn't want to go to a barbershop), so I am really glad I booked with Katy because she nailed it! This is also the only salon in town I know of that will do vivid and fun hair colors, so that's a huge bonus for those of us who like to do something a little wild every now and then.

I went to a different salon in town last week where the stylist absolutely butchered my hair and came to Lumiere in hopes of saving as much length as possible. Zara did such an amazing job at salvaging the length (literally took the smallest dusting off) while also giving me an amazingly flowy cut! I have very fine, very straight hair that does not hold curl well, and can look flat. I just started going to Mane Attraction and I could not be happier. Melody, the owner is amazing. My hair responds beautifully to the way she cuts the ends. It actually makes my hair curl under, giving it more volume. She also showed me some tricks with some spray mousse that adds some hold and lift without weighing it down. I highly recommend Mane Attraction and Melody.

The persistent 5 stars he gets are well deserved. He responded immediately to my place in Serene Lakes and quickly figured out the problem was with my toilet and not the drain that had been misdiagnosed by a previous plumber. His employees replaced the toilet (both his employees were clean, efficient, and very polite) and added a fix to the broken drain in my sink, checked the water pressure and my water heater. Highly recommend.

Brad from Lakeview Plumbing has been super helpful to us on multiple occasions. The first was a leak coming from our upstairs tub. He was able to diagnose the problem in less than an hour and make a fix with minimal damage to our drywall. In the second case, we actually had a different plumber come out to our house to investigate our kitchen faucet that stopped working. The first plumber incorrectly identified the issue, made me buy a brand new faucet and then went MIA when I reached back out to have him install the faucet. I called up Brad and he was able to help me within a few days. Before installing the new faucet he did his own diagnosis and found that the problem was due to a small piece of our faucet that had dislodged itself and was blocking the water from flowing. He removed the piece and I was able to return the new faucet - he saved me several hundred dollars. Would highly recommend Brad and will be hiring him again!
Our water heater finally died after 30 years in service. John called me back over a weekend and was willing to travel a bit to help us on the replacement. Good quality work, straight shooter and would highly recommend.

After buying a new home, I wanted to rekey it. A call on Monday morning brought Jake D. to my house on Monday afternoon. It turns out we needed some new hardware. No problem! Jake went to the store, got what we needed, and took care of everything. Very happy with the service. Easy to recommend.
Called at 4pm on a Saturday and Dennis arrived by 5:30. He completed a re-key of a lock and installed a strike plate quickly. Rate was fair for fast weekend service. Very nice guy, clear communicator, would highly recommend.

Dr. Triestman has taken more time and shown more concern to detail regarding my health care than all of my Dr.’s at TFHD combined. He really wants to drill down and get to the bottom of my health issues instead of just looking at the surface conditions and sending me on my way.
Let’s just say Dr.Viland is far better than your average chiropractor and nothing short of an absolute pro in his specialty of working with the Atlas bone, which is the first bone that starts at the base of the skull and is responsible for so many vital functions of the body as a whole. Some of his patients travel quite a long way because he is one of few that specializes in what he does. I feel so blessed that I live close and got to benefit from having him treat me.
One day I had an S.O.S emergency situation where I threw my neck and whole upper back out first thing in the morning, and the pain was a solid 9 out of 10. I was new to the area and looked up local chiropractors, and luckily called Dr.Vilands office. The receptionist Jana made space for me that same day! I feel like the heavens were really looking out on this one, and I am so grateful that I was guided to get the incredible care that they provide.

I have been seeing Kaila for a couple months because of joint/tendon swelling and pain for which western medicine only prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs which were not resolving the source of the problem. She did a very professional and thorough intake at our first meeting that included my history and previous labs from the orthopedic MD. Her treatments have included weekly acupuncture, cupping, light massage and dietary/lifestyle suggestions that I have taken to heart. I have seen a steady improvement over these months going from mobility/flexibility/strength losses and 7-8/10 pain levels to steady reversals in those losses and only occasional 5-6/10 pain levels. I am extremely grateful for her expertise, insight, kindness and positive perspective that is helping me heal as a whole person. My overall life outlook has improved as I experience physical improvement along with general mood and, more joyous, attitudes towards the days in front of me. A heart-felt thank you, Kaila!!

Dr. Michael Colpitts and I met a few months ago and I kinda sorta shrugged off his invitation to come in for an initial evaluation. After all, I had been to a chiropractor before. Aren't all chiropractors the same? Ha!
My curiosity got the best of me and I booked an appointment. And I'm really glad I did! Because I felt so at peace and at ease after my appointment.
I didn't necessarily have any "immediate" pain nor was I trying to "fix" any "body problems". But I had taken my car in for a check up and I started to think...I should probably take care of my body too.
Dr. Colpitts has a laidback personality. He's easy to talk to. He's a good communicator and he made a point to make me feel comfortable during my first visit. Before I showed up for my appointment, I filled out a questionnaire that he had sent me to give him a little more context on my background and my health history so that he had some idea of what we might be talking about.
After the 1st few minutes of conversation and a few tests, Dr. Mike quickly surmised a few adjustments that we could do to get my whole body back into its natural alignment. I was so impressed and pleasantly surprised by his method and his depth of knowledge that I had the thought, "Oh....this is what a chiropractor is. I'm definitely coming back."

Class gets hawt. In a great way, especially during this chilly winter months. I love that the first class is free (you have to purchase, but they use that $$ towards a future credit). It's pricey and would love if that price included free yoga mat, but you can rent mats for an additional price. No showers or any other features, however the 2 Vinyasa flow classes I have taken were really great, with really talented instructors. Classes were full and parking in the direct spots are limited, but overall, a really great yoga experience.
I always leave my massages with Emily feeling much more aligned and relaxed. Emily is incredibly strong and always know what areas of my body need the most work. She is very knowledgable about anatomy and and how to unlock tension and tight muscles. She is an incredible bodyworker I'd highly recommend for any body needs.
