“This is for the Lab only.... quest was a half hour wait, was promised by Janice and Liz I'd be out in 10 minutes, 7 minutes later I was headed to my truck. Very friendly and outgoing young ladies, excellent job sticking me (I barely felt it) and very professional. I will never go to quest again.“

The fat transfer was unpleasant and my face stayed puffy for a bit after. So perhaps another procedure is more suited to my current needs. I'm sure I'll need their services again soon.“

“I have been living in this area for 40+ years having come here via the USAF. During this time I have had open heart surgery, various emergencies and medical needs that have been addressed by this hospital network. I have been treated respectfully and with excellent knowledge and skill by most of the doctors, nurses and staff. I think it's ridiculous to give any organization one star because one person out of the hundreds who helped you back to health was rude or it took some time to get you seen. You have no idea what they were faced with. People are so entitled these days. I wouldn't be alive if not for the hard working people at this hospital. “I stopped by Kaiser Vacaville for some blood work. I originally made an appt for this morning,but, overslept through it. I decided to stop by when the rain calmed down a bit. The lab is located on the 2nd floor, station A24. This is for walk ins only. If you have a lab appointment, the sign will redirect you to A11. This Kaiser lab location has you take a number ticket and wait for your number to be called by reception. From there, reception will verify your info with your Kaiser member card. Once done with reception, I found a vacant table to sit until my number was called by the lab staff. I didn't wait long before me number was called. The lab tech that helped me was friendly and was really great about getting my blood (I have very small, tricky veins that love to move when poked by a needle) after the second try (You guessed it, my vein moved the 1st time). I was done in no time. Although the process was quick, it would have been faster if I kept my appointment. There was a lot of other patients waiting in the lobby when I arrived and kept coming as I was leaving. I would love to dsay I won't be back. But, most likely will be for my healthcare. LOL. “I love my providers here I temporarily relocated and I made it a point to travel 2 hours because I was not willing to change. The staff have always been courteous and helpful.“

“I'm part of the EFMP for GI issues. David Grant has really done more in this last year to find out what is causing my gi issues more than any past specialist I was sent to. They have worked with me on every step of the way and are really considerate. Mind you, they are always beyond packed at the GI clinic and have a huge work load, but they still try to fit you in rather quickly. (Compared to army bases where a GI scope within 4 months was considered quick to them). Just try to be realistic on wait times because this is a EFMP base and also a huge amount of retirees come to this hospital too.“

“I had to get a blood panel done and this is where I went. Unfortunately, the blood in one of the vials coagulated and I had to get my blood drawn again. I was told that was rare, but it does happen sometimes.

Anyway, the people are friendly enough and I got done what I needed to get done. I just wish I didn't have to get poked the extra time, but what can you do?“

“I've battling a terminal i for 11 years. I lost my part time ( 4 hours a week) in October 2022. Didn't even know this could be a thing. “The entire staff were amazing. The check-in was extremely easy. The medical assistant who called me in was friendly and personable. The best part of the experience was my NP, Necole Dugan. She absolutely epitomized what you should expect from your medical professional. She is kind, listened and provided me the guidance to follow up with my primary physician. She even helped me figure out how to get a closer primary physician. I left knowing I would recommend her to my daughter and any one of my friends. The experience made the increase I had to pay in benefits this year, ridiculously high, a little easier to swallow.“

“Outreach Center. Spoke to Jill about trying to get my phone to Libre 3. 2nd time I called back and she suggested I takk to my carrier. I did and they told me how to upgrade ios. Went home and did that and I was immediately able to download app. Kind of saved my life lol“
