When you first enter for your Covid screening The lady is impolite horrible customer service.No when I went to the clinic I was supposed to go to same thing. Wasn’t even greeted with the hello! how are you today ? Nope! CanI help you nothing just my ID and what are you here for wow! My experience here at DCMG has been horrible! Doctors don’t care staff don’tcare. Sad because I have no the other option for Healthcare I have to deal with this as a new patient.

I am a Veteran, the medical care and referrals to VA Martinez or VA Mather are great. My only concern is that any information I have given to the front staff in the past: copy of my flu shot, private insurance for update is lost, cannot be found, not scanned into my medical records. For any and I mean any updates to your medical records, have it addressed to your primary care doctor's RN for immediate attention and any private insurance, power of attorney updates, hand carry to VA Martinez or VA Mather registration staff members for immediate processing.
