Very poor clinic. They put you in a room waiting on the doctor for an hour from your scheduled appointment. Very disrespectful to the patient's time. If you booked an appointment get there at least 45 min later to be on time according to their unprofessional scheduling system.
I've had 2 visits which means I wanted to give them a 2nd try. The therapist Danielle is sweet but I believe this location is grossly understaffed and the demeanor of most who are staffed here reflects just that. Nobody seems happy, no one is upbeat and when you are in pain you want to make the most of your billable time (prompt treatment, shouldn't have to wait more than 5 minutes, treatment from the therapist not an assistant because they are overbooked, and encouraging attitude vs just going through the motions) I'm giving them a couple more visits to observe but so far I leave there feeling like I could do better at home.
