Andreina, the young lady working there was so patient and kind with helping me try on different glasses. I was so indecisive, but she gave me great suggestion’s and explained the different types of lenses! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!! I will be returning soon.
I have had a few really good optometry appointments in my day, but nothing like my experience at the 11th Street Site For Sore Eyes. Dr. Lamm was more than efficient. He shared information with me I had never before heard, and did not try to upsell other services. The front staff were just as kind, welcoming me from the start and treating me as if I was their best and only customer of the day. Jackie was especially caring. She took the time to find the perfect frames and then proceeded to give me a price I could afford - something I have never experienced in my former visits to eye care retailers. I would highly recommend this place. Good people, great prices, and the type of royal treatment you rarely find these days. Kudos!
