If we could give this plumber more stars we would. We are moving and were told by the home inspector that he could smell a gas leak and that we should contact a plumber. We called Vance. He gave us a price quote right on the spot and explained everything thoroughly. Plus his prices were reasonable. So we agreed. And the job was done, just like that. Also as a bonus offer he gave my wife a hands on lesson on how to detect a gas leak. Good to know. He knows his work, has been doing his trade for a long time, and loves his job. He even stayed for a short chat, all while dealing with our crazy dog. Thanks Vance for everything. It was a pleasure to meet you.

Needed a kitchen faucet faucet upgrade. He can't give an exact time time, but still came within the 2 hour time frame he said he would. Gave quote, it was a little pricey at $175 but we went ahead with the job. The faucet we purchased turned out to be defective so he removed it and installed a temporary one he had. He said to call him when we get the another one. After 2 days we got a new one, called him, he came back, installed it and did not charge us. Good plumber
