I was referred to Riley and Associates almost 20 years ago. Been going to Jack Riley ever since. I trust Jack 100%. He is so patient and explains any questions you may have. I never feel rushed. I love that they send out a reminder to start gathering your tax information and they send out a packet to help you get started. And I love the booklet we get every year with our taxes filing inside. It makes it so easy to store your yearly filings. My very first year that I went to him I got a tax refund. I was so excited because I've owed taxes in previous years. He offered to take a look at my taxes that were done by H&R Block from the previous year. That year I owed $500. He was able to redo my taxes from that previous year, and I ended up getting a refund. I became a loyal customer ever since that day! Now he does my kids taxes as well. Thank you Jack and Chris.

Jack has been helping me do my taxes for a decade. His advice was essential due to my losing my wife. I had no clue that one can claim married for an extended time after the death of your spouse.
