Collin and Sam let me know when they would be here and showed up right on time. They were both professional, explained what they would be doing today and were a pleasure to have take care of an 'ant' problem that we are currently having at my elderly Mom's house. I first had a very cool conversation with the owner, Kyle, about my existing pest control service. He explained a few possibilities that may have caused some of the issues I experienced post-service with diplomacy and extensive knowledge of products and effectiveness. He took my information straight away and that same afternoon I received a call from Jay with Proactive. It was a genuinely friendly (not salesy) exchange! He understood my need and availability and we put it on the calendar! I wasn't able to take the time off to stay in the morning for my service after all, but Collin was very communicative. He let me know how far out he was (and Sam), and called just before they arrived, and again after service was completed. Because I wasn't home, I'll have to reschedule the interior for another time. Collin was super friendly and cool to talk with. He answered my questions. Thank you for the initial service!
