Corbetts was sent to repair a water leak on a refrigerator that wasstill under warranty. The technician was horrible to work with and made several visits over several months without making the repair. I eventually spoke with the owner who was rude and his only suggestion was to find another appliance repair company. I took his advice and the other company, Bestway Appliance Repair made the repair in less than one hour. There also appears to be a family relation between Wholesale Appliance, where I purchased the refrigerator, and Corbetts. I will not do business with either company in the future.

My landline kept receiving phone calls from this company, asking for a specific individual. My wife repeatedly told them they dont live in our household and we dont know them. However they continued to call until I answered and became very rude and threatened a suit for harassment. If this is the way these people conduct business, steer clear.

Seems to be a major communication problem between the office and the technicians . We called for 1 problem after 2 visits it was never resolved. We're told a few times someone. Would call us back and. They never did. I ended up having to get a knew company even though I paid this company all this money. They seem like they are more worried about selling me products then fixing the problem I called about
