I brought my Dell Inspiron laptop in because it was very noisy and sluggish. Alex helped me and he was great in communicating what could be the problem. Ofc my laptop behaved perfectly when he was diagnosing it but that's always the case ;) he installed and updated the SW drivers etc but found no major issues. He made some recommendations about factory warranty etc but it has been behaving better since. The cost for the diagnosis was zero! Which wow, I would have thought they charge for the time he took to even look at it. Highly recommend for IT issues.

Thank you NNIS. My laptop had problem and I found NNIS from Yelp, which is very close to me, the most important is their 5 starts rating. It is really right, they fixed the problem with a very reasonable price. They called me couple of days later to follow up, make sure everything is good. Very satisfied with their service

THANK YOU Myron at NNIS! I called your shop today in desperation. My computer started talking to me this morning....don't laugh. Ok, you can laugh, it was kinda funny. I've never seen this happen before, but a page popped up and told me my computer was locked and to call a special number. The message kept repeating and I had a meeting, so I went to another room while my computer was freaking out. After my first meeting ended, I only had 40 minutes before my next meeting and I needed my computer. I called 3 other computer repair businesses and they either sounded sketchy, expensive or too much time to get my computer serviced. My last call was NNIS. I wasn't even going to call, but something said, last try. I called and Myron answered the phone. He gave me his price and time frame and it didn't work with what I needed. Exasperated, I just told him my problem. Myron said, "oh, you don't have a virus, I can walk you through how to fix that right now...free of charge." What?! I was freaking out about what I was going to do and here we have Myron saving the day! Within 5 minutes....FIVE MINUTES YALL! Myron fixed my problem. Thank you Myron for saving the day! I will certainly come back with any issues in the future. You ROCKED IT TODAY!!
