Amazing... he was the 6th person I called. The issue is so minor but everyone backed off or quoted high... He came.. Evaluated & started the work. He inspected one after another and took care of everything... Patiently handle. His experience speaks for himself.. Quality of work-10/10 Sharing knowledge i.e. explaining everything & every question you ask... he is the person... Plubming.... he is my go to person.... Coste me 1/3 of the cost( one job) quoted by others. He completed 4 jobs)
I wanted to take time and provide Tom with a recent review. When our usual guy out of Stockton didn't show-up I called Tom! We had a sprinkler leaking! Our water value was stuck and we were afraid to turn it off without a plumber present. Tom jumped right in and did what needed to be done! He replaced a part and stopped the leak. I will only call him in the future. Experience and customer service was right in my community Tracy - Thank You Tom!
Tom and his secretary were able to fit me on a short notice and I am happy with Tom's approach to the job. He fixed an issue with the shower faucet cartridge that the builder had ignored ( less than 2 year old home). I learnt a few things along the way so that I can address some of the issues myself in the future. He also fixed a leak near the exterior sprinkler valve that the builder ignored.
