I had never been to a salon before and I ruined my hair over the years. I made an appointment with Carmen. She was very gentle and explained everything to me which I greatly appreciated. By the time she was done with the deep conditioning treatment and trim I was in complete shock as to how amazing my hair looks. I honestly wanted to cry happy tears. She understood my concern of losing too much length so she took just enough to get my hair to grow again. I scheduled to go back in a few months for another treatment and trim.

Excellent customer service! Raquel is amazing! A friend recommended her to me. I fell asleep in the chair! Lol. Raquel was very attentive and listened to what I wanted for a haircut/style. She took her time and was very thorough, Good protocols for dealing with the current situation. Will definitely be going back again!
