I live alone and nervous about repairmen entering my home. But I felt safe with Armando. He was respectful and polite. He explained the inner workings of the shower head and faucet. He took a picture of the water heater and explained how it needed to be stabilized. I'm happy with his work and demeanor. Because of his ability to explain in a confident manner, I think he has the makings for a future Sales Rep position.

Victor did an excellent job in presenting the problem that I had with my hot water tank at my rental in Stockton. He was very professional, knew the answers to my questions, and answered all without hesitation. He knew the pricing and presented options for me to consider. I would recommend Knights to anyone!
