Dr. Shelly is great! Always on time. Never have waited more then 5 min's. Staff is very professional. Pls ignore the 1 star ratings. These people were late or missed there appointments. Keeping in mind this a business and they advise you of the $50 cancellation policy and you receive a text also to confirm more then 24hours in advance.

Great place. Nice staff. Wonderful optometrist. Ignore the negative 1 star reviews. They all missed their appointments and were appropriately charged the $50 no show fee, of which they were informed of before coming. It's really not that hard. They only have so many available appointments in a week and every missed appointment is money lost. Try accepting responsibility, grow up and show up on time or pay the fee. No different from any other place that takes appointments.

Dr Siu and her team are amazing! I've been going there for the last four years and I have zero complaints. They create a warm and welcoming environment and that uncomfortableness that's usually in a doctors office just isn't there. I used to be scared of contacts. Now they're no big deal. They answer all your questions and work with you on whatever you need to get done. They're my favorite. I'll keep going here for them and their lovely frames! If you miss your spot you do get a $50 fee. You wouldn't want your time wasted would you?
