The employees are very friendly! Mia was so patient with my two year old who was easily distracted while picking out new glasses. She also did a great job working with our insurance company to make sure we got what we needed.
Absolutely fantastic experience with Family Optometry of Tracy, all our family members have annual eye check ups with Dr.Siu..she is very professional and knowledgeable, always has a smile on her face and the staff at the reception are very helpful especially Ms.Mia, she has good knowledge of the insurance benefits and goes out of her way to help patients and very patient, answered all our questions and gave suggestions.

New patient here after horrible experiences at other places in Tracy. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I was able to explain exactly what I wanted and what has not worked. I was given options covered by ins. Everything was quick and easy. Really really liked the Dr. They also were very helpful when explaining everything I did not understand.
