CrossFit 580 is great! The gym is fully stocked with the best equipment and always cleaned and fully staffed. Lindsay has been a great instructor for the 6 am class. The vibe is really good there. All the members a very nice and supportive with plenty of energy. The new owner DJ is super nice is very engaged. I've been going for a month now and feel very excited to continue!
Joining CrossFit 580 was the best decision I have ever made! You will get the opportunity to join a community that cheers you on, while you crush your goals! The coaches will spend extra time understanding your body and improving your form. If you’re considering joining, DO IT! You won’t regret it
