Being a first time patient, I didn't know the staff, what the Dr looked like or how their operations ran in the office. It would've been nice if staff introduced themselves and tell me what they're going to do and explain the Dr would be coming in later. Don't get me wrong, The staff is always very kind and helpful. I just didn't know what was going on. See you again soon. I eyed a new pair of glasses.

Frank Garcia in the optical department is awesome! He helped my husband and I pick out the perfect frames. Then he delivered a perfectly fitting, quality product! We recently damaged the glasses and he worked hard to get them replaced at a reasonable price. We'll never go anywhere else!

I had a serious eye emergency and they went above and beyond to help me. Very professional and the staff was a joy to deal with. Thanks to Delta Eye Medical Group and their quick response my vision in my eye was saved!
