I'm very pleased with the care I received here from the doctors, nurses, and staff. I've been to several pediatricians out here, and they all seem to take weeks to respond, or they don't respond at all. Dr.T and her nurse responded to my message and gave me a call the very next day when I had concerns for my toddlers fever. They don't pressure me to give her vaccines that I'm not comfortable with, I appreciate their respect for my wishes. Juanita is my baby's favorite MA because she gives shots so fast and easy. I recommend this facility to my friends and family every chance I get.
I would like to thank Dr. Hussain and her professional team for providing an outstanding health care support during this pandemic. She has been our children doctor for the last 2 years. We used to go to Livermore and the doctor advised to see Tracy hospital because that is closer to our home. We live in Mountain House. Thanks to them and glad they did. My son (2.5 years) started throwing up in day care and was sent home. We immediately call the Stanford Children's Hospital (Tracy) help desk and they advised us to book a video appointment with Dr. Hussain and provided us a link. We scheduled an appointment in the next 15 mins to meet her. It was around 3 pm. She examined over video, asked few questions and advised us to keep my son hydrated. She told to bring our son to the hospital for an in-person visit at 5:15 pm and told us to call the front desk once we arrive. My wife and son went inside and they took Covid-19 rapid test for my son. Dr. Hussain examined and told he was dehydrated and told us to make him drink some water and prescribed some medicines to prevent nausea if it happens again. She was super helpful, patient, listens to parents, understand their concerns. Most of all provide better care for our children. She even made one of the front desk person to give a call and find out how my son is doing after couple of days. That was so sweet. We are so fortunate to have her as our kids Pediatrician and a big applaud to her and her team.
(COVID-19 REVIEW) Located inside the 4598 Building, this children's health center is located in Suite #110. There's only ONE main entry into this building. Make sure to wear your masks. My sister and I went here this morning for a physical/check-up. We had to knock on the door, which enabled them to greet us & check our temperatures. They also have us two NEW disposable masks for safe measure. I am really glad they are reinforcing the necessary safety and precautions during this time. Unfortunately, I did not know that the first visit requires the parent to come due to consent forms. However, the lady by the desk (her name was Johanna) insisted it wasn't a major issue and just faxed the forms to my dad. Within 5-10 minutes, my sister was able to get her check-up and all issues were cleared! If it wasn't for their kind assistance and patience, we most likely wouldn't have gotten the physical today. My sister had Dr. Hussain and she was super welcoming. One thing about doctor visits that make us nervous is whether the doctor is comforting / warm, so we were really happy to see someone so kind and cheery! She even had the time to introduce herself to us and get to know us a bit. It was small talk, but throughout the entire visit she was more than open to discuss about anything! We had a pleasant experience here and will definitely be back. Shoutout to the lovely doctors and staff here! (:
