Hello I would give 0 stars if I could but oh well, I was in need of a root canal and my regular dentist has a guy do the root canals once a month, so my insurance referred me to this godforsaken place. I get there, it is 102 degrees outside, and it is almost as hot inside as well. The receptionist was nice, she quoted me with my insurance $815.00 . I thought that it was funny because my insurance said I was covered for root canal's no out-of-pocket cost. I got there and told them my wife said I could only get one done I am permanently disabled, so money is tight, but I needed at least the one tooth done. So I get in the seat and the one scary nurse's aid with dark hair and glasses was very talkative, and I didn't mind at first, but then she starts stuffing the rubber dam in my mouth no warning, and it is choking me, so I said I have a hard time breathing with this I was all stuffed up and having a hard time breathing not to mention anxiety with this crazy woman. Anyway, she put it in after getting haudy with me and told the Dr. he won't comply. The Dentist was a bit nicer and said you have to have it in. I said okay just feeling a little anxiety and the aid was just a kinda ruff thank you for coaching me down. It was so hot in there, I was drenched. Anyway, they gave me one shot of nova cane and I found out the Dentist said something to the aid, and she was treating me differently at this point. I was supposed to have gas and I don't think the aid gave it to me at all because I have never had such a nightmare experience which ensued. I felt her drilling down the canal and felt like she was putting me through the floor it hurt so bad, I started moaning and actually yelling and flinching the aid held me down while she kept drilling even though I was ready to jump up and run. They told me I had a hot tooth which couldn't be helped by any medication and I said what? So everyone is complaining how boiling hot it is in there and aid said you look hot you want to pour some water down your shirt you are drenched, I said no thanks. The Aid let me know that her boss is probably going to fire her for what I said to her boss the Dentist on the side that your aid was too rough, at that point I froze, didn't say anything else. I wondered at that point why I was feeling the whole root canal procedure at that point, I don't think she gave me any gas at all, and they only numbed my jaw up with one shot of nova cane I have usually had at least 2 or 3 times that much. So then I was wanting to get out of there as soon as I could because I have had root canals done before and never felt anything that painful for that long in my life ever. So they wanted to take X-rays again, the Aid moved me and asked me if I smoke marijuana ? "I said NO I DON'T" Then she says do you take a lot of pills? , I said, excuse me? "I definitely don't" She then says because your mouth is particularly dry, and I was really at that point ready to fucking complain or say shut your fucking hole. So I got to the front with the receptionist, and she says you owe $570.00, and I am like what? I was like, how is one tooth almost as much as doing both? That is what it is. I paid it, and let me tell you I wouldn't probably refer someone I really disliked to All Care Family Dentistry. They shouldn't get 1 star they should be investigated, I would never ever go there again and who ever reads this should have second and third thoughts about coming to this place. Oh, when the nova cane wore off the temporary they put in the tooth was so jagged it was cutting my tongue and inside my cheek every time I swallowed or tried to chew anything, they didn't bother to check any of that before I left, and it was probably by design. I tried to call, they said they won't be in the office for another week. So I called my main new dentist, they took me right in the next day to grind it down.I called my insurance and reported what happened, they are going to try and reimburse me, thank God. If I could give o stars I could. I need a root canal done and my normal office only has one endodontist that comes in once a month. My insurance was able to get my in at Allcare family dentistry. Per my insurance, my out of pocket for the root canal is $170. I get a call from Charmella who tells me my out of pocket will be $1,700.00. I verified that my insurance is in network, then asked her why is the cost so much at this office. She was unable to give me a solid explanation, so i reached out to my insurance and found out i was being charged for services that are covered at $0 out of pocket. 2 different reps from my insurance reached out to this person and both came back stating how rude she was and that she would not review the codes being billed. By the day of my appointment, i was in so much pain and had not heard back from her, so i called in to see if the insurance issue was straightened out. Charmella basically told me they would charge me for all services including a same day consultation (which i verified is covered by my insurance) and that either i come in and get it done or not because if i cant pay the now $841 that she would cancel my appointment. i asked her several times to please go over my benefits but she became more and more rude, talking over me and being loud and aggressive. She told me she didnt have time to keep going over the same thing with me and stated again that it would cost me the $841. I was in complete disbelief of how she was trying to make me pay for not only unnecessary services but also charging me as if i didnt have dental coverage. By the end of the conversation, as much pain as I'm in ...there is no way i will go to a dental office that treats patients this way. If she is allowed to treat people this way and still have job, I can only imagine how the actual Dr. would be. If you go here, make sure you review your charges.

I won't even give this place half a star. They are con artist and they will rip you off like they did me. I got referred by Bright Dental to here for 1 root canal and I called there and made an appointment for the 4th and the receptionist said she will call my insurance and find out the co-pays and let me know. Then she calls me and said we need to change the appointment day to the 11th and tells me the same thing about co-pays. She waited till the 10th and called me to let me know that the co-pay is going to be $1051 for 1 root canal. So I called Cigna the next morning while on way to appointment and they told me the co-pay should only be $315 so I had them on the phone while the receptionist was going through the cost codes. They added other things to bill which my insurance didn't cover like surgical procedure and Analgesia which they didn't even put me out. Dentist just gave me shots to numb the area. On top of that the dental assistant was so horrible. She didn't know how to do anything. I would never go back to this Dentist and dental office.
