Overall experience was great. It’s obviously a very large and well run operation. It was a couple of hours in total from arrival to finish but the process is very smooth and professional. Kind and caring staff. From the reception. To the tech, Annie that was so thoughtful and thorough with some very hi tech equipment! Dr Nguyen is an absolute gem and provided essential information and care and guidance. 5 star practice!
Dr Khoubian and his staff were friendly and professional. I always enjoy coming in to see Dr Khoubian because of his thoroughness and clear diagnosis of what is happening at that time. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Professional, efficient, experienced, helpful! The team works well together. Generally the wait is not long. You usually have the basic vision tests, eye dialation, presssure checks, etc. quickly and easily. This is all before the Doctor sees you. I would recommend.
