Tried this place bc it was the closest to my house but will not be returning bc of their customer service. I had a light stain on a blouse that the cleaners weren't able to remove. When I stated that the stain was still visible in my eyes at pickup, the male worker said he couldn't see it. No apology, just straight up said he couldn't see something I could plainly see so therefore it didn't exist. We were at a gridlock, I just paid full price and left. It would've been fine if he said they tried their best but they couldn't remove the stain. But his actions were so rude, I'm sorry I had to write this review.Don't expect them to provide any customer service if something goes wrong.

This has been my go-to for alterations and dry cleaning for formal/work wear. The owner is super nice and doesn't make a fuss even when I had too many questions about my alterations. My clothes are done within 2-3 days. Service is quick, owner is super nice, and the facility is simple and clean. Even now that I've moved further to a different city, I still come here to have my clothes done.

Do not get your clothes altered there; the tailor will change the price after the work is done or in my last case, not do the work after being charged.The place is not worth the money and they do not correct their mistakes.
