We contacted Mike to put a new window in one of our bedrooms. when we moved in 7 years ago, we replaced all the windows in our house. Mike was the only contractor that took the time to research the manufacturer of the windows we previously had installed to make sure we had a close to exact match to add a new window in one of our bedrooms...and he found it. it's not an exact match as things change over 7 years but it was as close as possible. Mike and his crew did such a great job, you couldn't even tell there was NOT a window there before. They cleaned up the area and even painted the interior wall that the window was installed in. We hired Mike Valentine to remodel our condo that had been sitting empty for a few years. We had 3 bathrooms gutted and remodeled, wood floor installed, and the inside painted. Mike was absolutely awesome at keeping us updated with daily progress reports as well as completing the planned tasks during the time frame he estimated. We had heard many horror stories about contractors and remodeling, but this job has been a piece of cake. The best part is, he stayed within the budget he estimated. During the process, we added several other things we wanted done and he was able to react quickly and manage the additions with the minimum of extra cost.
