I love coming here. Staff is always friendly, good communication. The doctors are the ABSOLUTE BEST. My last visit, I can’t remember the doctors name but he was very thorough, took his time, no rushing, made me feel comfortable. Great place!!!
Front desk/receptionist were very helpful/friendly with information with my insurance coverage and they even referred me to other urgent cares that will fully cover me with my insurance. Would definitely recommend this urgent care
I can't say how great Dr. Gottlieb and his team is. From the PA to the office manager, Jen, they take a systems approach to care. I have never had a doctor use the bed lining to write down a plan of care for my Type II diabetes, utilizing everything from medication to incorporating a more plant based diet. I am lucky to have them as my PCP. Even though I have moved to Orange County, they are worth the drive. In addition, when I was unable to visit, they did everything from contacting the insurance company directly to make sure I got my durable medical equipment to arranging for transportation.
