I've been coming to the wax specialists since Oct 2022 and this review is long overdue. Bobbie is the BEST waxer I've ever had and I've been to multiple wax locations in the past. She's quick but thorough and her vibe is SO WELCOMING and down to earth. I can book 2 services and be out in less than 20 minutes. In the past, I would have issues with in-grown hair and since coming to Bobbie the issue has been practically non-existent. The wax she uses and the skills that she has makes the services feel PAINLESS & her aftercare spray has a rose scent that stays with you all day. Super fast service! I had an appointment here and showed up early. Parking was easy to find out front. My specialist brought me back early and I was out within 15 minutes. She was super efficient and I was pleased all around with the service. Highly recommend this place.

Called in one morning hoping they could accommodate my hectic schedule. The phone call was pleasant and the lady who booked me sounded very kind. Also received a text confirmation as soon as I was off of the phone. I was surprised to know they have been in this location for about 9yrs. The place was VERY CLEAN (a must in this industry). I was greeted by Bobbie who also waxed me. She was a pleasure from the moment I walked in until my session was over. It was painless, fast, and she made me feel very comfortable.
