When my first home sale/purchase fell out of escrow due to me having a terrible real estate agent, I wanted to give up on my home search. Thankfully, the day after I parted ways with my former agent, Jason literally showed up at my door, with potential buyers! Those buyers loved my condo, and ended up signing a contract on it just two days later. Jason represented the new buyers purchasing my condo, and he represented me in purchasing my new single family home, concurrently.
