The Back Yard takes pride in offering the best private personal training in the South Bay. We specialize in injury prevention and rehabilitation, focusing on rehabbing lower back pain,tightness and discomfort as well as many other injuries. No matter your age or level of fitness we can create personalized programs on a client by client basis. Our clients never duplicate the same workout and have access to all of their programs even while on the go. Empowering our clients to break bad habits and encouraging healthy sustainable lifestyles are what lead to their long time results. A portion of each package goes to provide for the homeless men and women of Beacon Light Mission in Wilmington CA.
