Everytime I go to my appointments the receptionist are very nice, and if you been going to them a long time they know your name and I appreciate that . And my NP Mrs. Alice Costen is very thoughtful and very nice. I love coming to SMG.
Had a lower back nerve ablation procedure. Unfortunately, I have had this procedure done numerous times at a different doctor. Wasn’t bad, but I didn’t have anything to compare it to. This was so different. Not intrusive or uncomfortable at all. Things I had experienced at my previous doctor. The procedure was efficient and it took less than 15 minutes. So far I am experiencing no pain or discomfort.
