Barbara was super. I was greeted as I walked in the door and seated within 10 min, which was 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment.
Barbara was quick, efficient, and pleasing.
My wife said I presented well which was a compliment for sure.

Requested style: A gentleman’s cut, tapered on the sides and back. A grandfatherly look.

I was able to get s same day appointment; I was called in a few minutes to my appointment time; the young lady who cut my hair asked my needs and she met my expectations. She was professional and friendly.

I wasn't able to reserve online, but I feel lucky that I was able to walk in and get a hairdresser that has been cutting hair for several decades. For $30 I got about 2 inches of bad ends cut off (I asked for inch, but she was right, I needed to cut off more) and some layering, in maybe 10 minutes. I am also glad they didn't charge for long hair, especially since my hair thinning.
