Sunshine Foundation Repairs of Torrance

I can't recommend Sunshine Foundation highly enough. They provided some of the best customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. AND -- they are one of the few companies that don't charge you $500 for a review of your foundation and an estimate on the work that needs to be done. In addition, they're honest. My foundation needed to be retrofitted and as I put out calls I found that everyone else routinely charges $500 to give you an estimate (not Sunshine). Seriously the best. Used Sunshine based off great recommendations from 2 different coworkers that had used them for the earthquake retrofitting and was blown away by how easy it was. They did everything they promised, they handled all the paperwork and did the work on time as scheduled and even handled the permit approval with the inspector while I was on work calls. Also I had called the EBB Program people about something and when I mentioned I was using sunshine as my contractor they knew them by name and had great things to say about them. I had Solomon from Sunshine Foundation come out to evaluate our property, and I have to say, he was the most thorough and genuinely interested specialist we've ever had at our house. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about foundation issues, but he also took the time to explain everything in detail. He didn't just stop at the foundation--he pointed out other problems caused by past remodels that hadn't been properly addressed under the house. What really stood out was how meticulous he was.
