I chose Smart Window from the other companies because of their reasonable pricing and the presentation and quality of their products. They had great communication and started the project on time and without hassle. The installation was fast and they cleaned up well after. They were fast and responsive to fix any issues which I really appreciated. Tom was great at returning and answering calls throughout the process. I am very happy with the windows and the beautiful French door which I've had for almost a year now. I am planning on using their services again for a new entry door in the near future!

I am very pleased with the work this company did for me and installing windows. From the initial contact to the end, there was no pressure. There was only communication about what was happening with the order and where it was coming from. The workmen who installed my windows were highly professional, did an outstanding job. No cracks no peels no nothing on the exterior or interior of the house and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was right and the work was exceptional. Smart Window is great. They sent out an agent to roughly measure our windows/doors and to provide an estimate. During that visit, the agent also provided us with samples that we could look at. A few days later, they provided us with a quote, which we could approve online. Once we agreed to proceed with Smart Window, they sent out another agent to do more accurate measurements of the windows/doors. The windows/doors then take about 6-8 weeks to fabricate. Once they were fabricated, we were able to set up installation very soon. Installation took 2 full days.
