We went to see Bert who was honest and we could tell he just wanted help us find the carpet that was best for us. he explained the reasons to get thinner or thicker carpets. The one we chose was stain and fade resistant. 10 year guarantee to boot. I love that he didn't try and up sell us. I don't like salesman type and Bert wasn't. I could tell he really cares.The installers we're amazing Too. They were on time all 3 days and were very careful with moving the furniture. The detail work in the corners and around the baseboards was perfect. They put everything back and even centered Beds, TVs and tables exactly where we wanted.
