The owner and project manager Joshua was exceptionally organized in scheduling the job and ordering the materials. They have an amazing crew who do a quality work. The job was done on time and my floors look fabulous! They were more expensive than a couple other places but Joshua won me over with great customer service and confidence to deliver quality work.

I had new LVP flooring installed last year by John and his team. I found his store while searching for flooring places and ended up finding many nice LVP floor choices but selected one at a great price that I loved. I asked if he would be able to install the floor on 2 floors of a new townhouse, within a few days since I was scheduled to move in about 5 days after I got the keys. He said he could. They arrived early the first day and got to work removing the carpet. The installation went well. Over a year later now, and I still love my new floor! Very happy with my choice and they did a great job fitting the work into my schedule too.

Redondo Flooring recently installed engineered bamboo flooring on our second story. John took the time to hear what we wanted to accomplish, providing input when needed, but absolutely respected our vision. There were no surprises in the estimate, all parts were clearly explained. He provided great service for a reasonable price. John was accessible and would always take the time to answer all our questions, making sure we were pleased with the work, even after the floor was installed. The crew finished the work efficiently and were punctual. Its like I live in a new house. The floors look great!
