I order through their online store. Be careful and check closely as there are some technical glitches sometimes. I called customer service and Kim to GREAT care of me, making sure my order was not only shipped out that day but she also made sure the shipping was upgraded. She called me again the next day to keep me informed. My cargo case should be here Monday and I am sure it will be a great product. Thank you KIM !!

Warranty and customer service is top notch!! No questions asked , 1000% product support. Had my light 3 years and my on off button failed, replaced it with a new light. Thank you Pelican.

Amazing products!!!! Felt very welcomed and was greeted by everyone that passed by me. Employees seemed in a great mood. Idk if they all got a raise or a bonus but they ALL seemed nice! Definitely recommend customers to come in person. Thank you Pelican for the great product. Booooo ? Yeti and Igloo.
