David was excellent! He and his team picked up and dropped off five rugs for us. I am very satisfied with his customer service and fair pricing. We will definitely be using him in the future when needed.
Our rug had several holes from our darling dog. Hard to find someone willing to repair. David not only expertly repaired the rug, he made it good as new and did a great job cleaning the rug as well.
