My son has a shoulder injury due to baseball. Judd has been providing PT. Judd is patient and takes the time to explain the purpose of the stretching and exercises. My son is feeling a lot better.

Physical therapist has been good. Unfortunately, the experience is ruined by the incompetent staff working at the front desk. Half of the times I called it is not possible to talk to someone without waiting 15-20min. Then, when you make an appointment (in person) and they give you a date and time written on a card, they don't put it in their system. So, when you show up, there is no appointment. Solution: come back another day after having wasted time and cancelled other commitments, or get treatment for 15-20 min. because that is all the time then therapist happens to have available until the next visit.Another disappointment from Optum, no surprises... read full review
