I have dealt with One Main Financial in Torrance, California for years. They are extremely trustworthy. I was so concerned at first, because there were so many scams going on. However, they have proven to be a very caring and as stated above, very trustworthy company. Many times, when you might think," boy do I need some help to get through this bill or financial responsibility," they will reach out to you to see if there is anything they can do to help. They offered and insurance, when I originally signed up, and I added it to my account. What a blessing! I had an emergency situation come up before I was finished with the loan, and that insurance helped me tremendously. Happy, happy with them.
I worked with Nia who was very professional. I wanted to know what they are about and get a quote. Nia was informative and even called back to check on my loan application. Don't understand these 1-stars, they are far better than 1-star.
