Patients were greeted by the front desk receptionist, check-in was brief, and they were called on immediately and greeted. The doctor was very kind and her concerns were genuine. Patients left feeling great and will return.

Dr Dianne Navoa was very thorough and explained everything which I needed to know including cost, type of procedure to be done and why she is doing such procedures. She’s very accommodating and patient with my questions and feel like she cares about my concerns. Highly recommended! Marisabel (front office) was also nice and professional and answered all my inquiries! First time visiting the office and I highly recommend OSVI.

So grateful to have Dr. Alexandra Kivnick as my dermatologist. She is incredibly kind, professional, thorough, and thoughtful. The office space is very clean and staff are helpful and courteous.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Alexandra Kivnick at OSVI dermatology. She was incredibly patient, kind, and truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I never once felt rushed during my appointment. She spent a generous amount of time explaining everything clearly and providing updated, thoughtful advice tailored to my situation. She is both efficient and thorough, which is such a rare combination. I highly recommend Dr. Kivnick to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist.
