“I experienced my first session this morning at South Bay Trainer. Clayton Moore was my trainer. The vibe was chill, yet focused. I was part of the 5AM morning workout crew. Everyone was really friendly, motivating, and doing their own workouts. It was nice seeing other people focused on their fitness goals. There were people of many fitness levels represented, which put me at ease. I noticed that my trainer was able to manage everyone's workouts effectively, while making sure I was performing each movement with the correct form. I love the semi-private atmosphere. I am definitely signing up for more sessions.“
