I’ve had two superb experiences with Ryan Novak and his company. In 2016, he replaced my AC/ Heat pump in my condo. It was done quickly, professionally and expertly. Then today, Jose from his company came out to look at my AC (at a different condo) because cool air was not coming out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor. However a couple days ago, another company said it was not repairable and I needed to replace with a new system, which would’ve been extremely costly. I was so impressed with Jose, his work ethic, friendliness, knowledge and efficiency. He and Ryan are awesome! I would give them the highest recommendation possible.

Novak Mechanical has been absolutely phenomenal. We’ve used them periodically over the past 10 years and never let us down. Especially in emergency and clutch situations. They have a no nonsense honest approach to your situation and know how to get the job done right the first time. Very reliable and thorough in their work. In fact they go above and beyond what you ask in their service. As a homeowner, I need to have a contractor I can trust and yet know how to save my money while delivering an awesome job. From our initial installation in 2017 and with any routine maintenance or repair request, their team consistently schedules service requests in the same week, shows up at the scheduled time, provides thorough and professional HVAC services at a fair price.
